  My first impression of this condo was that it was a little older (80's decor?) but I really didn't care after staying there for a few minutes. It was very quiet and relaxing. When we got there we were tired from traveling so we sat on the balcony with wine and cheese and just enjoyed the birds and ocean view! LOVED IT! We slept with the slider open to hear the rain. It was just so relaxing. We stayed in Kapa'a later on in a more upscale condo and I still liked this one much better! We will be staying here again!

  We all really enjoyed ourselves when we were visiting Kauai and we would definitely stay again!

  The unit was nice, we enjoyed the view. Having never been there it would have been good to know how the ocean was since the current was so strong there we had to drive each day in order to play in the ocean. Enjoyed visiting with other owners/renters during our stay, didn't like the fact that our pool did not have a hot tub. We should be allowed to use the other units area without problems.
