  The location, view & layout are good. The bed configuration is bizarre. My wife & I would have liked to stay in the large master suite but that was the room with 2 beds, so our kids had the huge room & updated attached bath. A king sized bed in that room 7 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom would have made A LOT more sense. Also the kitchen was lacking small cooking utensils, not enough spoons, cheap pans, etc

  This is an older condo but well maintained. Its location is superb, right next to the ocean where you can see and hear the ocean in both bedrooms and living room. During our stay, we saw migrating whales and rainbows. Since the island is small, driving to other scenic places is not too time consuming.

  Alii Kai 3103 was wonderful. I most loved our mornings drinking coffee and watching the whales and dolphins from the balcony!
