One night's rent is placed on a credit card at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to check in. Cancellations received up to the 30 days prior to check in will result in a return of the deposit less $50. Cancellations received within the 30 days prior to check in result in a return of the cleaning fee and any monies received for days rebooked. For bookings of 14 nights or more or for reservations between 12/17-1/7, payment and cancellations periods change to 60 days prior to check in.
