  Our 4 days in this condo were so enjoyable. The area of Princeville is gorgeous, and this condo complex is beautifully presented, close to shops and - more importantly - an easy drive to the stunning sights of the northern coast. #28 is decorated with excellence, and our family of 4 had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

  This villa is exceptionally clean, bright & beautiful. The location close to the Princeville Center is great. We were able to walk over to get groceries & shop for souveniers. Being on the beautiful golf course was wonderful, with the views of the mountains. Our family used the pool, which was clean & well maintained. This is an excellent villa to rent. I have already recommended it to several people.

  We have been renting properties on Kauai for over 8 years and this one has to be at the top of our list of favorites. It was beautiful, quiet and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also nice to have all the beach items available to use as well. Will definitely stay here again.

  Our condo was clean but looked they had rushed to do the job. Huge dust bunnies under furniture, walls dirty, bathroom taps looked they hadn't been cleaned for a while as there was build up on them. No instructions in regards to how to use some of the appliances, had to call the management company, maintenance men where supposed to show up that day and never came for 3 days. Parking was an issue, we had several adults in our party who had cars and where only allowed one vehicle in this location. Overall the place was and 7 out of 10.

  We stayed at the Villas on the Prince #28 for 10 days and had an AMAZING experience. The condo is located right near the 9th hole with AWESOME mountain views. You can walk to Princeville fountain or local shops only 2 blocks away. The condo has all the amenities of home including the use of boogie boards and plenty of bath and beach towels for the entire family. We will definitely be back next year for another stay at the Villas on the Prince 28. Thanks again!! Mahalo :)

  Wow, this was a beautiful place! We definitely had our breath taken away when we opened the door and walked in for the first time. Gorgeous space overlooking the golf course/mountains; we did absolutely nothing for the first two days except lounge around and enjoy it.
  
  The only downgrades we gave it were for a few minor issues -- the blender was broken upon arrival; the jacuzzi tub stopper didn't work; a couple of the coasters were cracked; there was a vehicle inside the garage the entire time, so we couldn't park there. We contacted the maintenance person, and the blender was promptly replaced, but the car remained (they said it should be gone shortly but never was).
  
  These were pittances compared to the overall experience, though -- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villas and would highly recommend it to anyone!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Villas on the Prince #28. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and easy to reach from the highway which is handy if you are driving to local beaches. Although there are no ocean views, and the golf course maintenance can be a little noisy in the mornings, we would recommend the property and location.

  Our family of 6 stayed at this home. We were absolutely satisfied with this villa! It looked exactly like the photos and was even more beautiful in person. The view from this villa was spectacular! The mountains with a waterfall, the well maintained golf course..just beautiful! The beds were all very comfy and having 3 full baths is a plus!If you are looking for gentle breezes while watching the sunset or a 5 minute drive to the beach or just serene beauty and a 5 star rental,then this is the place for you.Our family had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

  We visited several islands and Kauai was the last so we had experience living in many places and can compare. That was a best house we had during our trip.
  1. Very clean, tidy house with new comfortable furniture. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. No comments just perfect. All rooms are the same – perfect (clean and well designed ). WiFi – nice speed.
  2. Location. The house is a little far from the beach to walk but easy to drive to the best beaches of the north shore. Pool is not very big but we never had a chance to use it – we were too tired after a long day exploring the island. Foodland and shops – walking distance (5-7 minutes).
  3. Parking. Absolutely enough for one car. Probably two will fit.
  Strongly recommend to stay in this house. We loved it. All my family wanted to stay more days in Kauai because of the house :)

  We loved the location and decor of unit # 28. The unit offered everything we wanted from air conditioning in the living room, to coolers, beach towels and boogie boards in the garage. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Sandy the Manager was very nice and we could not be happier with our stay and the customer service. We will be back again

  We were 2 couples and found the accommodation to be excellent in every regard. The unit was well equipped for all our needs and was modern and spotlessly clean. The beaches on the north shore are wonderful and easy to reach by car. The nearby shopping centre had everything we needed. We would recommend it highly.

  Had the best time, the house was a perfect fit for our family's need's. The location was excellent! Would recommend to everyone going to Kauai.Out of two week time we spent there we only had problems with the fridge driping water out of the ice maker.Thank you all.....

  Unit #28 was a beautiful, clean and very comfortable condo. Beds were very comfortable with great bedding. Lots of good quality towels and facecloths. Beach towels were great quality. View from the lani was amazing. Very spacious with beautiful furniture and decor. This condo made us feel like we were in a home! We loved it and cannot say enough good about it!

  My wife, myself and my two teenagers truly enjoyed our stay at the Prince 28 villa. Everything was perfect:
  1) location: right on the golf course so a beautiful view with no road; right next to the Princeville center and Hanalei so easy and quick access to everything
  2) Layout and size of the villa: with the open concept of the kitchen/dining/living room and the three bedrooms and washrooms , it was extremely spacious and comfortable
  3) Cleanliness - impeccable
  4) property - within a beautifully manicured and secure/gated property - so nothing to worry about and just perfect for a nice vacation.
  5) Internet access - we were able to communicate with family and friends at home and be able to get information on Kauai as were staying there so very handy
  
  As a last comment, the villa was also equipped with four quality foldable beach chairs, beach towels and good quality body boards, so essentially everything we needed for the beach each day. The only thing missing was a cooler which we bought next door at the Ace hardware store and left it at the villa for future vacationners. Our token of appreciation for the exceptional value and quality we believe we got out of the villa.
