Near beach access to one of the best Kauai Beaches, Anini beach is accessed via a beautiful tree lined path and then a trail traversing the bluff down to the prettiest and quietest section of Anini Beach. Anini is the preferred beach for families with children do to the tranquil shallow waters ,long sandy ocean floor and few tourists. The sunsets from here are amazing. The elegant Villas on the Prince, a gated community in one of the premiere complexes in Princeville, offers true Princeville luxury. The Villas on the Prince Resort features exquisite accommodations, professionally appointed with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, upscale furnishings, patio off the master bedroom, lanai off the living area and large space for family and friends. The famed Prince Golf Course borders the Villas on the Prince. The view from most units spans the beautifully landscaped golf course and stretches to beautiful mountains with rainbows and waterfalls. These large homes are 1,700 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone! A large pool and BBQ facility make the Villas on the Prince an alternative to a more expensive home rental. Larger groups enjoy renting units near each other. over all was a nice place. Rugs needed to be cleaned, but other than that was really a good place. Quite, beautiful surroundings. Not to far from the town of Hanalei.

You'd think that for how much people pay to have a place at the Princeville that you could do as you please but not so. You can't have a grill, hang towels out to dry, can't park in your own driveway, etc. I know it is to keep up appearances from renters but it is definitely a deterrent. Besides the sterile environment it provided us a place to crash, which is all that really matters. I think you can get more for your money elsewhere (like Hanalei)...without all the restrictions.

We went with our family (2 young kids, grandma and uncle). Had a wonderful time. This spot was perfect, especially the space, the setting is what you dream of...surrounded by cliffs, ocean. Kids loved the pool after a full day of exploring Kauai. We absolutely loved this house!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The property in an ideal location. Close to the beach, and shopping, but far enough away from the tourist attractions. The property is well equipped with everything a guest might need for a comfortable vacation. The decor was lovely and updated. All appliances worked perfectly. We would definitely return.

The location of the property was great. House was roomy and well-equipped. West facing windows could use blinds to keep out the afternoon sun.
we loved our condo on the North Shore. spacious, confortable, modern and located close to everything. We could see the ocean and waterfalls from our windows. A short walk to the beach, and gold out the front door. what more could you ask for? Thanks.
