  The villa was in a great location. We were surprised it was tri level but it worked out fine. It was nicely furnished but there were a few things that would have made the stay much nicer. The sheets in both downstairs bedrooms were terrible. The bottom sheet was very rough and nubby like it was old and worn. We had to sleep on top of the top sheet. The towels also seemed old and some were frayed. The upstairs bathroom had three different colors of towels which we felt was tacky. We did a bit of cooking and had to use a cookie sheet with the top of the broiler pan because there wasn't a bottom part of the broiler pan. We also didn't like all of the signs in the house stating how much we would be charged if we lost the pool key, garage door opener, or got the cream carpets dirty. Even with all of these things, it was a nice place. If the sheets,towels and broiler pan were replaced and the very negative signs were removed, it would be a great place.

  We had a great stay and enjoyed the kitchen, hot tub, and other amenities. We had trouble getting into the unit (the lock box had a different combination than expected, which caused us to call the manager). Parking was a bit strict, but OK. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of stuff to take to the beach. Loved the location and took advantage of the golf course.
