  I booked this property as it was well located and the cost was right. The property is well maintained and was clean and tidy with modern appliances. The position is great and has an outstanding view from most windows. The facilities are also good although the laundry could be better signposted.

  Wonderful quiet setting, with a beautiful view from every room. The kitchen was fine, grounds beautiful and close to a trail to the beach. We watched a number of whales right from our deck! Close to a shopping center for necessities and a short drive to wonderful beauty! It is an upstairs unit, so that may be a consideration for some guests.

  Great location and property. Everything went smoothly, except arrival. We arrived late at night and even with good directions, the exact property was somewhat difficult to find. Some signs were not lighted, and trying to find our unit in the complex was somewhat difficult. Glad I had a flashlight.

  good location and great views from the unit. easy rental experience. could use some updating, but, main thing is that the beds are very uncomfortable. it was easier to sleep on the window seat than any of the beds. other than the beds, we'd definitely stay there again.

  We have stayed in G7 four times now. We were amazed that no improvements have been done over the years; however, Sandy @ ahh-aloha got everything done for us in a short time.
  We will not stay at G7 again, but certainly will go back to Sealodge as it is our favorit complex.

  With its back to civilization, this unit faces the vast ocean beyond the reef below. An open deck and open windows brought the gentle soothing sounds of surf close to the heart. The sweet colors of sunrise began each day while soft brief showers often arrived in the afternoon. Its setting was perfect! Inside was clean and well arranged for 4 people to enjoy.

  When I received what I thought was my final confirmation, about 3 pages of text, I assumed that instructions for arriving would be part of the text. They were not and there was some difficulty getting that information given the time difference and that there was no one on site to help us. Fortunately, our email contact was immediately available. What would help is for you to present in BOLF, OBVIOUS directions, that one must make last minute contact prior to arrival. My on-line renting inexperience prevented me from expecting it...and I am sure I am not the only inexperienced renter you will get.

  It was such a relaxing experience. I was a little concerned with no air conditioning being from S. Georgia and acclimated to air, but it was not a problem. The decor ( painting, carpeting, and bedding) could use some updating but it was overall wonderful.

  This was our second trip to Sea Lodge in Princeville, and our third trip to the north shore of Kauai. After the first trip, we don't have much desire to go anywhere else! This was our first January trip, and the humpback whales were prolific from the lanai every morning at sunrise. My only suggestion would be to provide binoculars. I wish we had thought to bring our own!

  Putting words to our Sealodge G7 rental experience is a difficult task. Upon entering the rental condo, be prepared for a breath taking experience. The expanse of the ocean, the sound of the surf and the view of the lighthouse are out of this world. When you sit outside on the lanai or anywhere inside the condo you feel such privacy and you experience tranquility. The short hike to the Sealodge Beach is equally as breath taking as you walk through the rainforest and come out on the most amazing, very secluded beach that has sand like no other beach. The snorkeling there is awesome. Be prepared to never want to leave your condo except for a short hike to the beach as it is that wonderful. This was our first time in Kauai and while we took advantage of many activities on the island and enjoyed them all, Sealodge was our favorite and should we return to Kauai, we'll likely stay mostly put right there!

  Just got back from 8 days in paradise. This was our 4th time for a VRBO rental in Hawaii, twice on Kauai, once each on Maui & Big Island. We will be back again - and again - and will be using VRBO. We stayed at Sealodge G7 this time. Was exactly as pictured
  & described. Very pleased overall, views just can't be beat, and loved falling asleep each night to the sound of the surf breaking on the reef below. Yes, as other reviewers have "complained" the pool is small - but if you're going to Kauai to hang around
  the pool, stay home or check into a local partying type resort hotel. That's not what Kauai is about. The "private" beach was lovely, and the hike down to it was not difficult, and took my 70 year old legs about 15 minutes to get there. Though admittedly I'm
  not typical as I'm still an active experienced hiker/backpacker. Can be slippery right after a rain shower, so be careful. BUT, if you are a snorkeler - plan to go elsewhere. the water here is very shallow over the brown algae coated reef - like only 1 - 2
  feet deep and you are quite likely to end up with cuts & scrapes as the waves bounce you up & down. At high tide and when the surf is completely flat it's OK, and once you are out to the outer reef it's very good, especially at one large deep hole and drop
  off. But those perfect weather & surf conditions are rare on the north shore. But the condo and the property are great - a conservative 4.5 stars from someone who frequently comments that "nobody's perfect".

  Beautiful two-level condo (G-7 at Sealodge, Princeville, Kauai.) The views down to the wide reef and beyond were fantastic. Our kids (11 and 7) enjoyed the room upstairs (with its own bathroom). Great views from the downstairs bedroom, lanai, upstairs bedroom, and window bench.
  
  Sealodge is an older condo complex (perhaps the first built in Princeville, giving it also the best location on the bluff), but is a great value. The units are individually owned and G-7 in particular is fantastic. The owner Eleanor has done a great job maintaining the condo. Feels like staying at someone's home. Our relatives stayed at a much more expensive condo complex nearby, but our views were so much better and the condo was much larger. This is a great jumping off place for all of the fantastic beaches of the North Shore, including Hanalei, Lumahai, Ke'e, and Anini. Great find.

  The view from Sealodge are simiply the best. G7 while very nice could use a good carpet clean. Mirrors next to G7 picture window in online pictures along with text about extra windows mislead. The mirrors look like windows at a glance. Overall we were happy with our stay and would use Ahh Aloha again.

  We loved the Sealodge G7- great amount of space for 3. however, a few notesyou may want to look into: the lights on the main switch at the entrance did not work. the fridge had a leak in it, however, I think management responded. there was a centipede in the kitchen the first morning, and many ants.
