  This is a terrific unit, with space amenities and good privacy. AS it does not have a ocean view it is an excellent value for a place this size. The kitchen was fully equipped and we prepared most of our meals there.
  
  A few nits:
  replace burned out light bulbs(s) over stove top - essential for seeing what you are cooking.
  Install a dimmer on the DR table light - it's very bright!
  Master bath toilet is very difficult to flush.
  Master BR fan speed turn down is broken -fan only works at high speed.
  Clarify broad band log on procedures and modem location.
  Note availability of LOTS of beach items in garage.
  
  We would definitely rent this unit again. It is clean and well kept.

  We have stayed in Poipu several times, Kapaa 1 time, Lihue 1 time and so thought we would try the Priceville area this trip. Very nice area to spend some time!! The condo (Plantation 1112)was what we were looking for and was a good value. It turned out to be wonderful. Very well stocked (NO condiments, though) kitchen (pots, pans, plates, glasses), and bathrooms.The place was nicely decorated, homey and comfortable. You could tell love went into this condo!! Loved the location, as we spent a lot more time at the north shore beachs than in the past!
  A couple of draw backs: the garage had a car in it, so we weren't able to use it. (see ad) The ac (one of the main reasons we rented this condo) had just 2 vents; one in the kitchen/dining/living room area and 1 vent in the master bedroom. Not well balanced. The boogie boards where no where to be found. (we bought 2 and left them for the next family to use). Could not get the printer to work. :(
  Property management was VERY nice to work with and was helpful!!
  Overall can't wait to rent this condo again!!

  My wife and I have stayed in many vacation rentals, this one has surpassed all our previous experiences. Condo was immaculate including outside dining area very well stocked kitchen, minor necessities spices, coffee grinder, dish soap, handsoap, bath towels bedding were all up to anyone's personal standards. We would absolutely recommend this condo.

  Despite not having a view of the sea, this house was the perfect home base for exploring the north shore. Most of the great beaches are a bit of a drive anyway and this comfortable, clean, and well stocked home was just right for re-charging for the next day. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals, the living areas and patio were very comfortable, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were just like home. I used the gym everyday which was a nice bonus.

  We had a fantastic week in Princeville. The location of the condo was fantastic. We enjoyed being close to the golf courses, the shopping center, and the beaches. The north shore is BEAUTIFUL and the grounds of the condo are as well. We were happy to have use of a washer/dryer as we got muddy and wet on several hiking excursions.
  Queens Bath and Hanalei Beach are not to be missed.
  The only problem with the condo was that there weren't any spices, coffee filters, cooking oil or extra plastic bags for the garbages. After spending so much money to get to the island and on the condo we were disappointed that we had to spend more money in order to cook at home.

  Overall, we had a lovely time. The hot tub jets were down most of the time, though, and the kitchen was not as well equipped as I would have liked. But, the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and it was very quiet and peaceful.

  We spent 1 week in Princeville after a week in Kapa'a. Plantation felt luxurious after our previous stay. The place was as big as our house though obviously with a different layout. The kids (ages 2, 3) LOVED the pool and spa, we made great use of the local beaches, enjoyed fresh local seafood that we cooked ourselves. The unit was almost overindulgent, with TVs in every single bedroom plus the living room. Internet connection, a well-stocked kitchen and very helpful management. Only gripe was the family above and their kids running about, but you can never choose your neighbors unless you bring your friends along. In sum, great deal, wonderful place, kids loved seeing the chickens around. We hope to make Kauai an annual destination.
