  This condo was so much more than we expected, we were totally surprised upon arrival. We had everything we needed and more, the place was spotless clean and very tastefully decorated. We were late booking and only managed to book a few nights here...spoiled us for the rest of our trip as nothing came remotely close to 11B Ali'i Kai. Next trip we will book early and hopefully stay the entire trip in this fabulous home. Thank You.

  This was a great place for us to stay and i can't say too many bad things. But there were a few issues worth mentioning mainly because they can be easily corrected...
  
  The directions to the property were not entirely clear. We didn't realize that each building within Alii Kai had a name which would have helped. Also, it wasn't made clear that we were in Alii Kai II. (note: we were exhausted from travel so we were likely also a bit dim about it and it was dark which made it that much more challenging). When I called the number provided to get additional directions there was only voicemail that promised to return the call or text right away. I was surprised that no one bothered to check to make sure we got in alright.
  
  The kitchen was a bit oddly stocked with tons of glasses and plates, no room for grocery storage and a few essentials missing (cookie sheet, cheese grater). BUt this is pretty nitpicky and we were happy that there was a blender and coffee grinder!
  
  The condo isn't stocked with beach goodies (snorkel, mats, toys etc) as was thought but rather these are shared by the complex and found in a bin by the office...which was often rather empty. So be warned that if you are intent on a few items, bring them with you or buy them at Costco.
  
  Lastly, be forewarned that the walls are VERY thin here. The neighbors upstairs were loud at times but luckily quieted down after about 10.30pm.
  
  Otherwise, this place was just as advertised. It was clean and the view spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay, regardless of what was mentioned above and I would book again.

  The unit itself was well maintained. Not sure about safety as there was a robbery in condo close to us on our second day but cops were at the scene right away. Master Suite faces the parking lot so can be noisy in the morning and not a good idea to sleep in and relax. Very clean property. Old furniture and appliances. Great as crash pad though.

  Really enjoyed our stay here! It was awesome having all the beach gear available for our use! Things like beach chairs, cooler, snorkel's and flippers, cildrens toys, umbrella's etc. The condo is very well set up with accessories. The views from the lanie are beautiful . We would definetly stay here again and would recommend it to friends.
