So, experience the AHH and the WOW that is Kauai in Hale Akela, the noble house. 2 king beds, one queen. Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. Large flat screen TV in the living room and TV sets in all three bedrooms. You'll find beach chairs, cooler, and snorkel sets. Tropical patio bordering the golf course with mountain, rainbow and waterfall views. Near beach access to one of the best Kauai Beaches, Anini beach is accessed via a beautiful tree lined path and then a trail traversing the bluff down to the prettiest and quietest section of Anini Beach. Anini is the preferred beach for families with children do to the tranquil shallow waters ,long sandy ocean floor and few tourists. The sunsets from here are amazing. The elegant Villas on the Prince, a gated community in one of the premiere complexes in Princeville, offers true Princeville luxury. The Villas on the Prince Resort features exquisite accommodations, professionally appointed with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, upscale furnishings, patio off the master bedroom, lanai off the living area and large space for family and friends. The famed Prince Golf Course borders the Villas on the Prince. The view from most units spans the beautifully landscaped golf course and stretches to beautiful mountains with rainbows and waterfalls. These large homes are 1,700 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone! A large pool and BBQ facility make the Villas on the Prince an alternative to a more expensive home rental. Larger groups enjoy renting units near each other.

    We visited several islands and Kauai was the last so we had experience living in many places and can compare. That was a best house we had during our trip.
    1. Very clean, tidy house with new comfortable furniture. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. No comments just perfect. All rooms are the same – perfect (clean and well designed ). WiFi – nice speed.
    2. Location. The house is a little far from the beach to walk but easy to drive to the best beaches of the north shore. Pool is not very big but we never had a chance to use it – we were too tired after a long day exploring the island. Foodland and shops – walking distance (5-7 minutes).
    3. Parking. Absolutely enough for one car. Probably two will fit.
    Strongly recommend to stay in this house. We loved it. All my family wanted to stay more days in Kauai because of the house :)

    We loved the location and decor of unit # 28. The unit offered everything we wanted from air conditioning in the living room, to coolers, beach towels and boogie boards in the garage. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Sandy the Manager was very nice and we could not be happier with our stay and the customer service. We will be back again

    Unit #28 was a beautiful, clean and very comfortable condo. Beds were very comfortable with great bedding. Lots of good quality towels and facecloths. Beach towels were great quality. View from the lani was amazing. Very spacious with beautiful furniture and decor. This condo made us feel like we were in a home! We loved it and cannot say enough good about it!

    My wife, myself and my two teenagers truly enjoyed our stay at the Prince 28 villa. Everything was perfect:
    1) location: right on the golf course so a beautiful view with no road; right next to the Princeville center and Hanalei so easy and quick access to everything
    2) Layout and size of the villa: with the open concept of the kitchen/dining/living room and the three bedrooms and washrooms , it was extremely spacious and comfortable
    3) Cleanliness - impeccable
    4) property - within a beautifully manicured and secure/gated property - so nothing to worry about and just perfect for a nice vacation.
    5) Internet access - we were able to communicate with family and friends at home and be able to get information on Kauai as were staying there so very handy

    As a last comment, the villa was also equipped with four quality foldable beach chairs, beach towels and good quality body boards, so essentially everything we needed for the beach each day. The only thing missing was a cooler which we bought next door at the Ace hardware store and left it at the villa for future vacationners. Our token of appreciation for the exceptional value and quality we believe we got out of the villa.
