Located ground floor at the edge of the Plantations at Princeville, this is a great place for children to safely play on the large manicured grass area while you barbeque on the lanai or relax with a cool drink. Spacious, new and upscale, this 2br/2ba condo offers comfort and convenience at a bargain rate. Air conditioned, with king bed, queen bed, and double bed. Also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Equipped with wireless printer/scanner/fax. Guest bedroom television has both DVD and VHS, and includes a selection of children's movies. Unlimited long distance phone to US, and free wireless internet are provided. Complex includes a pool, jacuzzi, and workout/fitness room. The Plantation at Princeville is the newest condominium development within the Princeville Resort community. It is located along Pepelani Loop and adjacent to the Lakes golf course and Princeville Tennis Club. Natural moss rock and water features make a distinctive entrance and convey a stately address. All 68 two and three bedroom condominiums are part of a fully amenitized development affording access to a private on-site fitness center, meeting or treatment room, mail center, and elegant pool and spa. Life is easy here. This thoughtfully landscaped development emphasizes plantings found throughout the islands. Gracious lawns are dotted with barbecue areas and shade trees. Pathways lead residents and guests to on-site amenities and facilities. To further maintain the openness to the surrounding beauty, a single car garage is included with every condominium. Large lanais best characterize the indoor-outdoor quality of island life. At The Plantaion at Princeville, tiled and well-lit covered lanais create additional dining and living areas. Accessed through large sliding doors from the great room and master suite, these outdoor spaces add significant square footage to the already spacious floor plans.

    Despite not having a view of the sea, this house was the perfect home base for exploring the north shore. Most of the great beaches are a bit of a drive anyway and this comfortable, clean, and well stocked home was just right for re-charging for the next day. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals, the living areas and patio were very comfortable, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were just like home. I used the gym everyday which was a nice bonus.

    We had a fantastic week in Princeville. The location of the condo was fantastic. We enjoyed being close to the golf courses, the shopping center, and the beaches. The north shore is BEAUTIFUL and the grounds of the condo are as well. We were happy to have use of a washer/dryer as we got muddy and wet on several hiking excursions.
    Queens Bath and Hanalei Beach are not to be missed.
    The only problem with the condo was that there weren't any spices, coffee filters, cooking oil or extra plastic bags for the garbages. After spending so much money to get to the island and on the condo we were disappointed that we had to spend more money in order to cook at home.

    Overall, we had a lovely time. The hot tub jets were down most of the time, though, and the kitchen was not as well equipped as I would have liked. But, the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and it was very quiet and peaceful.

    We spent 1 week in Princeville after a week in Kapa'a. Plantation felt luxurious after our previous stay. The place was as big as our house though obviously with a different layout. The kids (ages 2, 3) LOVED the pool and spa, we made great use of the local beaches, enjoyed fresh local seafood that we cooked ourselves. The unit was almost overindulgent, with TVs in every single bedroom plus the living room. Internet connection, a well-stocked kitchen and very helpful management. Only gripe was the family above and their kids running about, but you can never choose your neighbors unless you bring your friends along. In sum, great deal, wonderful place, kids loved seeing the chickens around. We hope to make Kauai an annual destination.
