  Love this rental! Spent 11 nights here in early December, 2011, and had a number of friends come and stay during various times. The unit was actually much nicer than I had thought from the good photos provided on the site. Great floor plan, plenty of room, nice spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended - this or nearby units.

  My husband, two small children and myself stayed here for 12 days and had a fabulous time. The condo is very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Although is was never too hot, I did appreciate the air conditioning. Everyone we met on the premises
  was very friendly. We ate many meals on the balcony. My only regret is that we had to leave.

  We had a great time.The store is conveniently located, just a few minutes away. The golf coarse is beautiful. There were a few stains in the carpet but other than that it was very clean. The activities book was helpful.

  The property is right next to the golf course within a 2 minute walk to the cliffs overlooking the ocean. It's the perfect location to enjoy the best of Kauai, -surfing, snorkeling, hiking, golfing, etc. It's also much more calmer and peaceful in the north side. We left our MP3 player there and the property manager, Sandy, took good care to mail it back to us. It was a perfect stay!

  My husband and I just returned from staying a week at Emmalani 525. I can't say enough positive about the condo and the area. Princeville is fantastic. Emmalani 525 is in a perfect location and is very clean, pretty, and affordable. Location, location, location - just a short walk out to the end of the golf course and watch the sunset over Bali Hai!! The golf course is immaculate and very quiet. Everything was within easy distances. The condo had everything you would need. The lanai was beautiful. Sandy from Aloha was so helpful.   We had five days of mostly overcast and rain and two days of sun. The kitchen was well equipped. There were sufficient towels. The furnishings were more than adequate. The internet connection worked fine. The manager responded to our questions. All was fine, no problems.

  The location was noisy with mowers early in the AM and street traffic. We actually moved a mattress from the front room to the back bedroom to make it quieter from street traffic.

  We had an amazing time, the condo is spacious, the pool/spa/bbq area perfect. We have a 4 year old and it worked perfectly for us, you can walk down the road to Hideaway Beach (you have to hike down a hill but it has a rope and our 4yr did it easily) Hanalei Bay is close by, the supermarket just minutes away. The owner was extremely accomodatind and easy to work with. We'll definitely go again!
