  This is a GREAT condo in Princeville, we could see whales breaching from the deck all day long, perfect views, close to everything, well kept, the list goes on. I would highly recommend staying here

  The condo was very clean, furniture new and up to date, helpful to have the dishwasher and laundry in home and generally a good location in terms of the Princeville area. It's peaceful, other neighbors are friendly and it's all well maintained. HOWEVER, out of all the pictures the owner has posted, the one that shows the condo from the outside is actually NOT this condo. Looking at it you think you are right overlooing the beach- NOT SO- you are perched in a bit of a depression as another reviewer says, no sound of waves, no walking distance beach. Happy with state of condo but very disappointed that the owner posted an external picture of the building that is diagonal to this one.

  The Alii Kai Condo 7102 was the perfec for our stay on the island of Kauai. Sunrise viewing with a cup of Kauai coffee every morning from the lanai (patio) was absolute bliss! There was more than enough room for our family of three, with comfy beds, a full kicthen and high speed internet we felt right at home. We would definetly stay here again!

  Enjoyed the whale watching from the lanai. Saved us from the tsuanm. Very pretty location, enjoyed my morning walks.
  Would be nice to have vacuum that worked better-got a dustpan for the broom. Could have used kitchen towels & a dishcloth. Beds were very comfortable.

  This was our first trip to Hawaii and we have 2 small children so the 2 bedroom worked out great. Nicely decorated and clean. Having snorkel gear and beach toys was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend to others.

  This condo was in great condition for a very reasonable price. We stayed in Princeville because it was the only place we could find that was available for a reasonable price. Next time we will probable stay closer to Lihue just for the convenience of being closer to the stores and restaraunts. Overall, this condo was an excellent choice and would recommend to friends and family.

  We found Alii Kali 7-102 to be an excellent value for the money. The condo was well maintained and ready when we arrived. The grounds are well kepy and I would recommend this unit to any one.

  This was our first time in Hawaii so were not sure what to expect but we were certainly not disappointed. We had never booked accommodations on line before so were a bit concerned whether we would get what the pictures indicated. Everything was exactly as advertised! Sitting on our patio with a cup of coffee with a fantastic ocean view and watching the whales in the mornings was a treat we never even imagined! The only minor complaint was that the condo had ants in the kitchen...however....the property manager was quick to respond to help eliminate the problem. We found so much to do on the island that we had no desire to hop over to the other islands...maybe next time!

  Overall, we really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, the layout was nice, the view was excellent and the location in Princeville was great. The one thing that was not great was the bedding, especially in the master bedroom. The bedding and mattress absolutely need to be updated. We loved all the toys in the outdoor closest; boogie boards, chairs, beach mats, etc.

  7-102 was an awesome place to stay for the price. Really can't beat the deal. It's extremely close to everything. It's very easy to get lost at night, cuz everything is so dark, I'd recommend that you print out a google map of that's zooms into 7102 and the semi circle.
  
  The positives definitely outweigh any of the negatives. The only negative was that there was some type of construction or upgrading in a near condo and the sound was a bit annoying in the morning. The plumbing is a bit loud, i.e. whenever someone from the upstairs is using the rest room, you can hear it from the rooms. But honestly, it's wasn't a big deal at all. The place is very homey.
  
  The location is awesome, the view fantastic, and the kitchen fully stocked with utensils and gadgets.
  
  Overall definitely a 4 out of 5 stars.
