  We had a wonderful stay at your property. The view is fabulous and the condo was very good. It does need the addition of air conditioning...we hit very humid hot weather during our stay. There was a small problem with tiny ants wanting to invade...butwe
  kept spraying with the ant spray in the condo... Overall a lovely condo...the master king bed needs to be replaced, a slight roll to the middle and very hard. The 2nd bedroom bed had some kind of weird plastic cover on the mattress that made sleeping uncomfortable.
  
  Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Living room furniture is a tad worn, but serviceable ... with the addition of air conditioning we would definitely stay in this unit again. The grounds were well maintained. The quiet
  
  of this location is wonderful. No traffic noise, just peaceful ocean waves! I would recommend that if a visitor is going to explore the whole island, that they stay down Kapaa way...more central...but then you deal with the congestion of traffic. I'm rambling
  here...overall can highly recommend the Alii Kai I complex. Very friendly people!

  Amazing view of the ocean from living room and both bedrooms!!Great location!Lots of beach gear in master bedroom closet with boogie boards,snorkel gear, & more.Plenty of beach towels.I would stay there again!!

  Ali Kai 5103 was a great place to stay! My wife and I had a very good time there. The condo was in good condition and had just about everything you could need and think of for them to supply you. The only thing we wished the Ali Kai I would have is a GAS grill. Ali KAI II has a gas grill and a hot tub that ALI KAI I is not allowed to use. Other than that everything else was great and I would highly reccomend this condo. The people that live there full-time are also very kind and nice to talk to.

  My family rented two condos here and actually had the wedding on the back lawn overlooking the crashing waves below, and it could not have been more perfect. The location was exquisite and we loved watching the view out the patio door as we ate our breakfast. The ne ne geese come to visit in the morning, and we made good use of the barbeque in front of the unit. Everything was clean and well kept except for the appearance of some enormous roaches after dark! I think they need to spray more often! Manager very friendly and helpful when I couldn't figure out the lock! Wish we'd had more time there!

  The coffee pot leaks, I left a note, also, there were no instructions on how to use the kitchen light/fan. I left directions on that too. Perhaps a placard placed by the controls.
