  Great experience. Wish the bedrooms had one more floor lamp each: little dark in both the bedrooms. The master bedroom shower floor is stained. Other than that, great.

  The directions to the unit were great. Easy access to unit and surrounding area. Everything was as specified by the rental agent. Disappointment by some because the TV didn't work. Carpets are in need of a cleaning. Overall unit was everything you needed for a great vacation. Pool was cold, but who needs that with all the great beaches.

  Excellent location. Beautiful view. We had a great time..one of the best places stayed in this area so far...downside..lots of noise from upstairs kids running. TV inop in master bedroom.Window trim in master bathroom needs help.Suggest moving the bed in the other room so they have a better view of the ocean.Otherwise all the amenities were very nice.

  Spent 9 days here. It has commanding views on a cliff overlooking the Pacific. The location is convenient to the many North shore attractions. The unit was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and the extras (cooler, beach gear, etc.) were appreciated. The management was extremely accomodating by allowing a late check-out to better fit my flight schedule. The unit shows a bit of wear and tear (some peeling paint in the bathroom, and carpets that could use cleaning), but nothing that impacted the quality of our stay. All told, we'd absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Kauai. Given the location and comfort of the unit, the rental price was more than reasonable.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location,great views, nice pool area, condo nicely furnished. Definitely recommend it. Only disappointment was ice maker in frig. not hooked up to water. No big deal!

  I was very pleased with the condo. Checking in and out was a breeze and the location and price were fantastic. I would definitely stay at this property again if I were looking for something in Princeville. Highly recommended.

  we stayed at the first floor unit with ocean view (in an angle) and sound of the waves. it is a quite, clean and well equipped unit. we loved every minute of our stay.

  We really enoyed our stay and thought the location was great. The views are amazing and condo very close the amazing northern beaches. The condo is a great size but has some maintenance issues. The 2nd bathroom basin plug does not work, insect screen in main bedroom needs replacing so we were not able to use one set of windows. I think it would be much more practical to have blinds in the bedrooms so that some privacy and light can be maintained. We appreciated the upgrades that have obviously been done - new TV system and washer/dryer. Property managment were excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

• Almost too good to be true! What a deal! You would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay on Kauai at these rates.

  The only complaints that I have with the property would not keep me away, but are things the owner and future tenants should consider:
  1. The patio is very narrow and difficult to enjoy.
  2. The patio furniture is sub-par and needs to be replaced.
  3. The bedroom pillows are old and soiled.
  4. The beds are firm and uncomfortable.

  1. The kitchen has new appliances and w/d.
  2. The living room furniture is comfortable.
  3. The unit stays cool in the evening.
  4. The neighbors are quiet.
  5. The unit is very clean.

  I found the condo stay very cofortable and charming, with great views from every room. The kitchen was roomy and very well equiped, bathrooms all had clean towels and soap,big washer and dryer, chairs and equipment for the beach and a pool available for the kids.
  The only thing that it needed for me would have been air conditioning, but it was still very good only with ceiling fans and a portable fan. Thanks

  The condo and amenities were perfect except the rug could use replacing in the living area.
  I did not realize when we arrived that there would be no one to check us in. We had to find the building and 5101 in the dark and I am surprized no one called the police on us as we were running up and down the property! I had read over the instructions and had my map, but it was still difficult. I will definately stay there again though!

• The rental was exactly as shown in photos and description. The only problem was the Internet access was poor/intermittent. Also construction on the unit above was noisy.
