  We had a great stay at your Condo. It was easy to find and the area was wonderful. The condo was well equipped and included beach equipment which was really great. I would stay there again for sure. One suggestion a kettle would have been good for us tea drinkers.

  To me, there is no better place to vacation than the north shore of Kauai. Alii Kai 4104 is in an excellent location both because it is close to shopping, etc., and also because it sits at the edge of a bluff. It is spacious and well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked so you can take full advantage of Kauai's farmers markets. Unfortunately because it's on the first floor the amazing view from the lanai is partially blocked by trees, but you still get the wonderful constant ocean breeze and ocean sounds. My ONLY issues with the condo relate to the lanai (which is small and in need of repair, and should have more comfortable furniture), and the bathrooms (the showers in both are in need of repair). The repair issues are minor, though, and I would stay there again and recommend the condo to others.

  This property was ideal for 2 couples traveling together and being able to have enough space and everything they would be used to having at home. Had a couple maintenance issues, and they were fixed very promptly and thoroughly. The veiw was spectacular and the beds were very comfortable for staying in a strange one away from home.

  This property has an amazing view from every room. Also nice is the ocean view from both bedrooms instead of just the master. The property is a little older and could use some refreshing in the maintenance and decor, but otherwise this was an amazing place to stay at a wonderful price.

  The view was wonderful, saw lots of whales. The bed was very comfortable. The condo is older, but clean and the furnishings are nice. There was a plumbing problem which was responded to quickly. My only complaint was they didn't do a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. They just wiped the sink with a paper towel and they left wet bath towels in the tub, even though the work was performed in the kitchen.

  Bedspreads and pillows needed laundering. Unupdated bathrooms, updated kitchen, small room not good ventilation. Watching whales and albatross from your lanai: priceless!

  The condo was fantastic! Very clean and all the conveniences of home. Great location and spectacular views! A couple suggestions: during the daytime hours make sure to close the blinds of the window (facing east) in the living room. If you don't it will get quite warm. Also, I stayed in early September 2010 and the blinds in the master bedroom would not go UP. The maintenance man came and checked them out finding that they could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Needless to say I was disappointed that I could not completely enjoy the ocean view from this room because of the blinds. So just make sure the blinds have been replaced so you can enjoy the view. I still had the SOUNDS of the ocean to lull me to sleep and it was great to wake up to those sounds too but having the view would have been nice.

• First time we've rented a unit with a truly spectacular view -many others show a view that is zoomed to the max so you think you get a view that doesn't exist- but this one is spectacular from every main room, with nothing between you and the ocean.

  Unit is up on a cliff, you can hear the surf and watch the sea with ease. Unit's view faces north. Couch and beds are comfortable, unit had everything we needed for the beach and was stocked with basics tp, dish liquid, etc. Complex is very quiet. Unit is inwas very clean but shower in master could use fresh caulk Overall made for a great week.

  Lovely condo and views...adding a prof linen service would be a big improvement. Some noise above due to upstairs unit having hardwood oors (a violation of most condo association HOA or CCR rules). Enjoyed the beautiful sunrise views!
