  I recently stayed here and had a fabulous time. The condo was clean, up to date with appliances, furniture, etc. The view was spectacular and the amenities were perfect. My only wish was that it was closer to the beach but that was no fault of the condo
  or the rental company, merely just a thought on where you choose to stay. I did like that it was close to a variety of stores and restaurants and really nothing was too far away. Working with the folks from Alli Kai was very easy--they continued to answer
  my questions and were very professional and helpful, I would recommend staying here and I would definitely go back.

  The last time i adventured to Hawaii was 36 years ago for my honeymoon. When my daughter requested my assistance with her twins I decided to go. I was only going as a server. Little did i know I would be" served" with an entire experience that was beyond any expectation..Most adults realize a vacation can be the opposite of that..This one surprised me in too many wonderful ways to elaborate..beginning with the accomodations.

  The master bedroom mattress desperately needs to be replaced and the directions listing building 2 as the building would help. Everything else was wonderful. Good snorkel gear, linens, cooler and unit amenities. And we were perfectly safe where we were when the tsunami warnings came in as we were way up on the cliff.

  The unit was very nice and clean. Fresh flowers were on pillows and in bath room and kitchen which was a nice touch. I walked to the edge of the cliff each morning to watch whales which were out there almost every day. The neighbors were quiet but friendly. We really enjoyed staying there. Only problem was the bed was very hard. Other than that everything was really nice.

  We've stayed here a number of times and it only gets better. This time, they left pikake flowers on the beds and coffee and chocolates (with a pikake flower) in the fridge. I LOVE THIS PLACE and am always sad to leave!!!

  We would love to re-book for a 3 wk. stay in 2012, only if the King bed is refitted with a new, firm matteras. The current one was soft and concave in center, making sleeping soundly impossible. Please notify us if replaced and we will book again.

  The property was clean and very nice. Having been to HI many times we knew what we were getting and the price was right. We much prefer to be in an area where we can mingle with Hawaiians and become familiar with the culture. That is not Princeville where everyone seen was/is caucasion, unless they were trimming the lawns. This was like being in any resort anywhere in the world that is filled with American tourists. Unless you leave the complex it is just a nice place with nice weather. The sound of the surf was nice and we did spot some whales in the distance.

  This condo had a spectacular view of the ocean and beautiful mountains just south of Princeville. The condo is literally at the edge of the Princeville clifts but far enough away that I wasn't concerned about my 4 year old getting too close. We loved the location. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and very well stocked with all the needed items. The living room and 2nd bedroom where perfect, however the master bedroom had one of the worst beds in which to sleep. It actually was so warped that it sloped downward to the left. My husband woke up after one nights rest with a sever neck ache that didn't go away for a week. What a way to spend your vacation!?! Also, the master bathroom shower was a little dingy, but not disgusting. It definitely was not as clean as my shower at home. Other than the master's issues, the place was great. The unit has beach gear you can borrow, enough for 4 people (including kids stuff). This came in handy for our family. Not sure if this is possible, but ask the rental company to open windows before you come. When we arrived it was very hot and the condo was at least 10 degrees hotter inside. Would have been nice to have the place opened before we arrived.

  It was perfect for the 3 of us (2 adults, 1 child)especially for the price - a fabulous value! Very roomy and well equipped. Only comments are the dishes were all chipped and the snorkel equipment was very old and should be replaced. Having a cooler and beach chairs was great! Not to mention lots of beach and bath towels was helpful! I would definitely recommend your company and this unit to others. Look forward to my next vacation "with" you in Kauai. Mahalo!
