  We are very happy about our stay in general. It's great property with nice furniture in a very convenient location. Manager was very helpful with real Aloha spirit. But we think some little details like air freshener, more toilet paper rolls (just one roll per bathroom for a week) and a new broom would make our general condition rating 5 stars.

  The unit is not the one pictured on the website - so that was a bummer. Also, it would be helpful if the directions included building number rather than just directions to the resort. We had to call, as the office was closed at that point in the afternoon.
  
  The unit was unclean when we arrived - dirty, crusty kitchen table, moldy shower - and there were a few maintenance problems. Additionally, there were bare bones equipment items (only three coffee mugs, no matching wine glasses, a cheese grater that only grates teeny slivers, no serving utensils, etc. It was hard to entertain while we were there). However, when we called about the maitenance problems, someone came to fix them the same day and left a note with a contact number if more problems came up (which they did not). The people we talked with were all very nice and who can be upset when staying in Kauai? But we will not book at this location again.

  nice and spacious. There were boogie boards, towels and mats available in the room. Convenient location, we walked, then hiked to the nearby hiking trails and beaches.

  the condo was great! Loved the island decor. Very spacious, quiet, friendly residents, and could watch the sun rise and set from there. The home was very clean and in great shape, loved that there were 4 boogie boards and extra towels and beach gear in the closet.

  My only suggestions would be that the blowup bed has a slow leak somewhere and will not stay blown up for more than half the night. Couldn't connect to the WiFi, and internet was slow, and all remotes need some new batteries. other than that everything was great, we would rent that unit out next time.

  We had a fantastic stay at the condo in Princeville. It was convenient to everything plus we had a good view of the ocean and a wonderful green belt patio to enjoy our coffee on.

  This corner unit on the ground floor brings the outdoors right inside. It's spacious, clean, and comes with MANY ammenities. It does list Wi-Fi access, which we didn't find, but we were able to hook into other peoples. Will be coming back MANY times in the future. And definitely telling all my friends.

    Check-out times are determined by the need to give our cleaners enough time to prepare the condo for the next guest. If there is not an arrival scheduled for the same day that a guest departs, we are happy to allow for late check-out, and we do not charge for it. Guests simply need to call us to request a late check-out. In this case, late check-out was available, but not requested.
